Yes, we do accept product replacement and return – but only if your item experiences major problems.
Please inform us of any current issues within 30 days after the order arrives at your address (such as defects, damage, poor printing, differences between the prototype and actual products, wrong size, wrong designs).
On another note, we will not receive requests for replacements or returns if you sign up with the wrong info (designs, sizes, shipping addresses, etc.). Worn and washed products are not counted as serious problems, either.
After the order is settled, you will receive your confirmation email that includes a string of tracking numbers. Enter these numbers on our website to check how the order is being proceeded. Once the product arrives at your address, the system will notify that clearly on the online webpage.
