We offer a 30-day refund policy on all items. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
You have 6 hours from when you make your purchase to email us ([email protected]) and make order modifications or cancellations. We’ve already started working on your purchase after 6 hours, so there’s no way to cancel or modify it now.
Send us an email and include the following information:
- Your name and email address.
- Order number
- The necessary modifications.
REPLACEMENT OR RETURN
We only accept return and replacement your order if there is a major problem with the item received. Within 30 days of receiving your order, you must notify us about any problems so that we can arrange a return or replacement. The following are considered major problems:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- The quality of the printing is poor.
- The final product is not the same as the one shown on the website.
- The wrong design or size was received.
Note:
We understand that customer mistakes happen, however we DO NOT accept refund or replacement for the following reasons:
- Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. Please review your order carefully before checking out to avoid any issues.
- Incorrect shipping addresses.
- The product is washed, worn and used.
Please contact us by e‑mail at [email protected] to start the complaint process. You will need to provide the following information:
- Order number
- Video/photo of the faulty product
- Complete delivery address
If you request a refund, we will ask that you return the item to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and send you an email notification of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few days.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your item has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us via Contact page for a free replacement or a complete refund.
